Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bepexch", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bepexch platform and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" refers to the bepexch website accessible at bepexch.net, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, and account management features.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers a bepexch account or uses any service provided on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered bepexch user account opened in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's bepexch account at any given time, including deposited funds and any credited bonuses subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched bonus amounts credited to an Account by bepexch under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable as real PKR funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account functions, particularly withdrawals, are enabled.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the bepexch account registration process, clicking "I Agree" during sign-up, or by simply accessing or using any feature of the bepexch Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the bepexch Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotional rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• You are at least 21 years of age and are legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person or entity.

03 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bepexch Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. bepexch operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have previously requested self-exclusion from bepexch or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of bepexch or any of its affiliated entities, software suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

bepexch reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any funds in the Account will be dealt with in accordance with bepexch's regulatory obligations.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bepexch Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, national identity details, and a valid contact number and email address. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any point during the life of your Account.

• Registration using false, misleading, or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• bepexch reserves the right to verify all registration information against third-party databases and government records.
• Accounts registered with temporary email addresses or disposable phone numbers may be suspended pending verification.
• bepexch does not permit the opening of accounts on behalf of third parties under any circumstances.

05 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bepexch Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

All activity that occurs under your Account — whether or not you authorised it — is your legal responsibility. bepexch will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• You must not share your bepexch Login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other individual to access or use your Account.
• You must notify bepexch immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bepexch strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings following your first successful bepexch Login.
• bepexch reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder.

06 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the bepexch Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bepexch does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and supported cryptocurrencies.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• All funds deposited into your bepexch Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bepexch reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed specified thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made by JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• bepexch is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your bepexch Account is subject to the completion of the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method not registered in the account holder's own name.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal request, unless the Terms of the specific promotion provide otherwise.
• bepexch processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier section of your Account. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method, your verification status, and banking schedules.
• bepexch reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times which are outside the control of bepexch.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the bepexch Platform are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Each promotion is available once per household, per IP address, per payment method, and per device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• bepexch reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any qualifying conditions already met by the player at the time of cancellation are honoured.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds credited in error must be reported to bepexch support immediately. bepexch reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus at any time.

09 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bepexch Platform — including cricket, PSL markets, football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other available sports — are subject to the bepexch Sportsbook Rules in addition to these general Terms. The following provisions apply universally across all sports betting activity on bepexch:

• All bets are accepted subject to bepexch's absolute right to limit stakes, restrict access to certain markets, or decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets placed on odds that were published in error — including technical glitches, manifest pricing errors, or incorrect event parameters — may be voided by bepexch at any time, including after the event has concluded.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by bepexch, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where the specific bet type permits cash-out functionality and the cash-out option is available at the time of the request.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to delays. bepexch reserves the right to reject in-play bets where a material event has occurred between placement and acceptance.
• Settlement of all bets will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. bepexch's settlement decision is final in all circumstances not covered by the applicable governing body's ruling.
• In the event of a PSL or international cricket match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, applicable void/settlement rules as specified in the bepexch Cricket Rules shall govern settlement.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on the bepexch Platform — including live dealer tables, video slots, Joker Poker, PP Live, baccarat, blackjack, and game shows — are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, through a real-time feed from a regulated live gaming studio.

• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are calculated over statistically significant long-term play cycles. Individual session results will naturally deviate from theoretical RTP figures.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the hand or game round will be settled according to the rules of the specific game provider. bepexch is not liable for losses incurred due to network interruptions on the player's end.
• bepexch reserves the right to void casino game rounds where a technical malfunction affects the integrity of the game outcome. Any winnings derived from a malfunctioning game will not be honoured.
• Game-specific rules, paytables, and special features are governed by the individual game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bepexch Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple bepexch accounts (whether under the same or different identities).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or play casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the bepexch Platform as a vehicle.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats to gain a collective advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bepexch staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to mask your true location.

12 Responsible Gaming

bepexch is fully committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The bepexch Platform includes a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account Settings panel following bepexch Login:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased without a mandatory waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications alerting you to the duration of your current gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net win/loss position during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension options of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, effective immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure options. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period under any circumstances.

bepexch's responsible gaming obligations extend to our duty to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling. Where our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, bepexch staff will proactively contact the account holder to offer support resources and tool options.

13 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the bepexch Platform — including but not limited to the bepexch brand name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, trademarks, and game assets — is the exclusive property of bepexch or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any such intellectual property for any purpose.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any bepexch Platform content without prior written consent from bepexch.
• Game content, including graphics and audio, is the property of the respective game developers and is used under licence by bepexch.
• Unauthorised scraping of odds data, game results, or any other Platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bepexch's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bepexch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of the bepexch Platform.

• bepexch is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor errors.
• bepexch does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit bepexch's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bepexch reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bepexch will notify registered account holders via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively alter player rights, or updates required by regulatory obligation — may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bepexch Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bepexch holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bepexch, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account and betting disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to bepexch's designated complaints handling team. bepexch will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved through bepexch's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by bepexch's licensing authority.
• You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction applicable to bepexch's gaming licence, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
• Nothing in this clause prevents bepexch from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
